ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

The Terraces at Swift Creek is a charming condominium community of 110 homes located in a hilly, wooded area of Midlothian, Virginia. The location is conveniently located with easy access to Richmond as well as to Chesterfield and Henrico counties. Residents enjoy "maintenance free" living, with lawn cutting and grounds maintenance, snow removal, exterior painting and power-washing, and roof replacement among the services provided by the homeowners' association.  
 
The community offers residents a number of amenities including a gorgeous clubhouse which is available for meetings and social activities, a large outdoor swimming pool, a well equipped exercise room, a picnic  area, and a walking trail. Our residents enjoy a number of social activities such as our annual events like the Christmas parties and pig roast. 
 
Within walking distance from the community are a number of restaurants, a large Kroger grocery store and fuel center, an athletic facility, a  beauty/barber shop, a beverage (ABC) outlet, and the Commonwealth Center shopping mall with retail outlets including Kohls, Target, Office Depot, Hallmark Cards,  Regal movie theaters, and a new Fresh Market grocery store.
 
The condominium are two-story homes with a downstairs master bedroom and two upstairs guest bedrooms  in the majority of homes. The community is run by a Board of Directors aided by a team of committees,  each dedicated to making the community a clean, safe and attractive place to live that is well run and financially sound.
